Program Description
JAL Asset Management offers an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders, account and property updates, conversational replies to inquiries, and other informational messages related to our real estate management services.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by submitting a form on our website (such as our Contact form) and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox, by texting us first, or by providing written authorization. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will not receive messages unrelated to the purpose for which you opted in.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. JAL Asset Management is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt Out — STOP
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by signing up again.

Privacy and Sharing
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information is only shared with subcontracted service providers (such as our SMS platform) strictly to deliver the messages you have requested. See our Privacy Policy.
Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most major U.S. carriers.
